Social Media Policy

In compliance with the duty to inform established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), THE FINEST GROUP, SL, hereinafter the CONTROLLER, wishes to inform users of this social network about the policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of those who voluntarily access and use the CONTROLLER’s official page on said network. Access to and use of this official page by the user expressly implies acceptance of this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data as set out herein.

Access to and registration on this social network is prohibited for minors under fourteen (14) years of age; therefore, access to and use of the CONTROLLER’s official page on the network is likewise prohibited for minors under fourteen (14). The user shall be responsible for ensuring that all content they publish complies with applicable law, this policy, and the Platform Rules.

The user may only publish on this official page of the CONTROLLER personal data, photographs, and information or other content that they own or for which they hold third-party authorization.

The CONTROLLER shall have the right to remove from this official page—unilaterally and without prior notice or authorization from the user—any content published by the user when the user infringes or violates applicable law, the rules set out in this policy, or the Platform Rules.

The CONTROLLER informs the user that this entity is solely responsible for, and guarantees, confidentiality, security, and data processing in accordance with this policy with respect to the personal data collected from the user through this official page on this social network. The CONTROLLER assumes no responsibility for the processing and subsequent uses of personal data that may be carried out by the owner of the social network itself or by third-party providers of information society services who may access such data in the course of providing their services or performing their activities, by third parties who establish hyperlinks to the social network, or by controllers to whom the CONTROLLER redirects adhered users via hyperlinks from this official page.

The CONTROLLER warns the user that, unless there is a legally established representation, no user may use another person’s identity or communicate their personal data. The user must at all times provide personal data corresponding to their own identity that are adequate, relevant, current, accurate, and truthful. In any case, the user must respect the privacy of third parties, whether or not they are users of the social network or of the CONTROLLER’s official page on it.

Right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the right to restriction of or objection to processing.

Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
